TERRIFIC TASKING BREWLove how simple and straightforward this product is. Tried another brand of mushroom coffee with collagen, but.......too many "bells and whistles" for me and difficult , not user-friendly or easy method of unsubscribing, if necessary. This brand is GREAT and so happy we are not initially cornered into a subscription !Unsweetened and simple, I can smell the lovely earthy mushroom scent upon opening and with a teaspoon of maple syrup mixed in, I am in heaven.I feel as though this is an HONEST and PURE interpretation of what mushroom coffee should taste like.I was lucky enough to stumble upon this item on sale for a short period of time, so I stocked up on a few extra packages. I absolutely adore this brand and the product! I have purchased this before the new year and it (admittedly) day for a month before I tried it.But once I did, I DO NOT REGRET IT! It not only tastes GREAT, but it also does not have any grit!!! It fully dissolved into the hot water and took creamer very well!I highly recommend this!
Wow! I was blown away with this product. It blends a ton of great necessities together and makes for a great morning get-out-of-bed drink.
Bought my mushroom coffee and followed the instructions. I had it black with no cream or sugar, though the instruction suggest some kind of creamer. The powder easily dissolved thoroughly with simple stirring with a spoon. Immediate thoughts on flavor and aroma. The aroma has a strong coffee smell with subtle undertones of mushrooms. The earthiness of both the coffee and mushrooms surprisingly compliment each other. Upon the first sip, the coffee takes the forefront and the mushroom flavor rolls in afterwards. Again, complimenting each other. And I'm not tasting any artificial flavorings. As I finish the first cup and the coffee cools down, both tones seem to share equal spotlight in flavor. It actually gets better in my eyes. Through out the day I do feel like I have better focus and more energy. Looking at the list of mushrooms involved, I can see why the price is where it's at. These are expensive mushrooms. And as a chef, I'm wondering if I can't use this powder to boost flavor in my mushroom soups!
