We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase
All returns must be initiated through email at support@nextlevelboost.com
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to situations where we suspect abuse of this policy.

How to Return your Product

Email Us at support@nextlevelboost.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label.
*Customers are responsible for return label cost, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Pack the unopened item securely.
Print the return shipping label we provided and affix it to the package.
Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location that corresponds with shipping label.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned package we will inspect for refund approval. If approved, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. *Minus Return label shipping fee.

Refused Packages

Refused packages will only be refunded if there is proof of damage to the packaging either by photograph, or inspection once returned to us.
If a package arrives with the product damaged, please don’t refuse package, and contact us immediately for refund or replacement.

Damaged Product:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at support@nextlevelboost.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
We will provide a return shipping label for the damaged product.
Upon receiving the returned damaged product, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
